Returns, Refund and Cancellations

At Nordic Timber Buildings we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any sales queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel any Order for Goods and/or Services up to 14 days after your order is delivered without giving any reason, except in the case of bespoke, custom or made-to measure Goods.

Please contact us by writing to Our Trading Address or by email to sales@nordictimberbuildings.com. We will confirm your cancellation in writing to you.

 

MADE-TO-MEASURE GOODS

We make your Building according to the measurements you provide us.

Unfortunately, as the Made-to-Measure Goods are made to your specific requirements, you will not be able to cancel your Order once made and we cannot accept the return of any Made-to-Measure Goods including Goods where you have provided us with incorrect measurements. However, this will not affect your legal rights as a consumer in relation to Made-to-Measure Goods that are faulty or not as described.

 

Incorrect, Missing, Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that there is any defect with the Services or Products, please contact us and tell us as soon as reasonably possible. Please send a time date stamped photograph of the defect and or description of the Incorrect, Missing, Damaged or Faulty Goods. If it is agreed between you and us that we will repair the defect, we will inform you of a date on which we shall attend the premises to repair the defect. We will use every effort to repair or fix the defect as soon as reasonably possible and we will replace any necessary parts to complete your agreed initial order.

 

Refunds

Refunds may be subject to a deduction up to the contract price covering any reasonable costs incurred by us in starting to fulfil your Order. If you cancel an Order for our Services and the Goods have not been delivered to you but we have already started the manufacturing process by that time, you will cover those costs and this charge will be deducted from any refund that is due to you. Refunds due to amended orders made prior to delivery will be processed by us within 7 working days.

Refunds for Returned items will be paid 14 days after the Goods have been received back to our warehouse and checked.

 

Returns

If you cancel an Order and we have already despatched your Goods to you, we will not be able to cancel your Order until it is delivered or collected. In this case, if you wish to return the Goods to us, we will have to charge you the cost of collection or you will have to return the Goods back to us at your own expense. This will not affect your refund for the Goods, but any charge for collection will be deducted from the refund that is due to you. 

Please note that we will not accept returns if the Goods have been used or altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by customising the Goods in any way. The Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.
